- conducts Antique Evaluation Seminars in Victorian Libraries,Inner City & Country Victoria.My Antique evaluation session is a 2 hour session,entertaining &informative the content of the talk is valuing Antique's & Collectibles brought in by Library patrons. l also give advice on buying & selling through Antique Auctions in Melbourne. l would also make this very Important point, ''l do not try to buy from patrons'' seeking a current up to date evaluation. l have worked in the Antique trade for more than 30 years having owned an Antique & Collectible Auction Room for a little under 5 years,closing in late 2008. Over the last 20 years l have been a Commission Agent buying for dealers-Collectors in Auction, that business is the Independent Bidding Service. In the last 5 years I have been involved in Antique evaluation days for a host of Charities and Libraries like the LIONS CLUB FRANKSTON 2005 2006 more than 350 people had Antiques-Collectibles valued by me. MORNINGTON LIONS CLUB IN 2007 over 120 locals had their Collectibles valued at the Mornington race course.
